Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We are based in Thailand, but we ship internationally. 

To avoid any delivery delays, please check that your mailing details are entered correctly before making purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Local orders (Thailand): 30-40฿

International orders: Shipping cost varies depending on your country. You will need to fill in your shipping address and see the cost calculated by the courier (eg. DHL, Fedex) based on your address.

How long does shipping take?

Local orders (Thailand): 

International orders: Shipping time varies, depending on your country, and the courier chosen. If you chose express shipping via DHL or Fedex, delivery should take 5-7 days. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place an order, there will not be any cancellation. You may change your order details before the drop is closed. 

How long does it take until I receive my order?

Since everything is made to order for our drops, we will send out your order the moment production is completed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. 

What is your return & refund policy?
